EU Compliance as a Competitive Advantage

We view the EU regulatory framework not as a burden, but as the foundation of our competitive advantage — and the gateway we are building for developers.

AI

EU AI Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689)

Most humanoid skills that interact autonomously with people will be treated as high-risk AI systems. Our engine is being designed to turn every AI Act obligation — risk management, data governance, documentation, record-keeping, transparency, human oversight, robustness, post-market monitoring — into a product the developer can buy from us.

GDPR

GDPR & Data Sovereignty (Regulation (EU) 2016/679)

The Data Firewall is being designed to ensure that sensor data is processed on-device, stored only in EU cloud infrastructure, anonymised before sharing, and covered by a complete audit trail. Our goal: no European data flows to a non-EU cloud.

CE

Machinery Regulation (EU) 2023/1230

From 20 January 2027, the Machinery Regulation applies to robots placed on the EU market. Our platform will help ensure that software behaviour introduces no new hazards — supporting risk assessment and CE marking for the manufacturer.
